Automated underwriting. Make faster lending decisions.
An automated underwriting system built from your own guidelines. Siize turns your guideline and matrix into rules, underwrites every package against them with every figure cited to its page, and returns a QC-checked recommendation. QC runs 24/7, every day. Standard is three hours from indexed, best efforts, usually under one.
$100 a decision, prepaid. No contract, no minimum, no monthly fee. Lenders and underwriting houses only.
What you get back
- A recommendation and the single fact the decision turns on.
- Requirement checks by section, each with its guideline section.
- Income, ratio, asset and reserve worksheets, and the Income Desk for bank statement files.
- The matrix read, with the footnotes that apply to the cell.
- Conditions with their source and phase.
- The package as PDF, JSON and CSV, an approval certificate and the audit trail.
How it works
- Create your account and load decisions.
- Drop your guideline and matrix; reading starts immediately and large guides finish in under 30 minutes.
- Send the package. It is indexed on arrival, reviewed against your rules and checked by QC before release.
- Clear conditions in the app, or choose Decision + Conditions and Siize reviews each document until clear-to-close.
Your guidelines, read properly
Every page, table and footnote is read verbatim, organized the way underwriters think, written as typed rules with their data requirements and condition logic, audited against the source, and re-confirmed on every file.
Ask Carol
Ask Carol about your files, queue, guidelines and account in plain English. Answers come from your own data with their cites. Your underwriter keeps the credit decision.

Questions
What exactly is a “decision”?
A full review of one credit package against your guideline, matrix, conditions list and house rules, returned as a recommendation with requirement checks, worksheets, the matrix read, a sourced conditions list, the package as PDF, JSON and CSV, and a certificate, released by QC. One decision is used per package at submit.
Who is doing the underwriting?
Siize reads and reasons over the package and writes the findings; every recommendation passes an automated QC check before release, with a Siize underwriter stepping in where the check calls for it. Your underwriter makes and signs the credit decision.
How is the three-hour standard measured?
QC runs 24/7, every day. The standard is 3 hours from indexed, best efforts, usually under one.
Which programs can you underwrite?
Any program you have a written guideline for: bank statement, DSCR, P&L, asset depletion, full-documentation non-QM, and so on. One guideline per program; a matrix is optional.
Can we ask Carol about a file?
Yes. Ask in plain English why a file landed on its recommendation, which conditions are open, what drove the income calculation or which guideline sections support a finding. Answers come from your organization’s own files, rules and account, with their cites. Included at no added cost for a limited time.
Is there a minimum, a contract or a seat fee?
None. Load one decision or a hundred, and stop whenever you like.
